The business park of Penapurreira is located in the “Concello de As Pontes de García Rodríguez (A Coruña)” and has been promoted by XESTUR CORUÑA, S.A.. It's execution has been financed by la XUNTA DE GALICIA, the institute for the reorganisation of the coal mining and ENDESA.

The management instrument of the plan is the OPYDE (Oficina de Promoción y Desarrollo Económico de As Pontes – office for the promotion and economic development of As Pontes) This office is conducted by a group of professionals that offer a personalised advise to each investment project.
 
The OPYDE works as an open office for the development plan of As Pontes guiding the request of industrial ground and advising the design of strategies to get public financing advise.

dpei ASSISTANCE WITH GRANT ISSUES

OPYDE´s technical team works to complement his advise service in public funds with a financial orientation service.
This service is created to evaluate the financial needs of the company and to guide business plans that support credit solutions.
The service aims to evaluate the financial needs of the enterprises and to advice them preparing credit eligible business plans towards requesting credits in financial institutions and also helping the enterprises to find new investors for the projects.

dpei DIALOGUE AMONGST PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS

The OPYDE also works as an interlocution between the public administration and the promoters of the different investment projects.
This service is based on the main objective followed by the economic development plan of As Pontes that consists on “the creation and the support of the plan by different institutions (Xunta de Galicia, Central Administration, local administration and trade unions organisations), creating a proper environment for the implementation of business plans in As Pontes”.
